Authentic Grand Piano Sound

The P-145BT features the rich, expressive sound of Yamaha’s renowned CFIIIS full concert grand—the foundation of the flagship CFX series. Sampled from a piano known for its bright, clear tone, expansive treble, and solid resonance, the P-145BT captures the essence of an acoustic grand.

To enhance realism, damper resonance is also included, simulating the complex harmonics produced when using a damper pedal. The result is a fuller, more immersive piano sound—without the need for tuning or maintenance.

By connecting the P-225 or P-145BT to Yamaha’s Smart Pianist app, you can control all functions directly from your smart device with an intuitive, easy-to-use interface—no need to reference the manual. The P-145BT also includes built-in Bluetooth® audio, allowing you to pair your smartphone or tablet wirelessly and play music through the instrument’s speakers. You can even perform along with the audio coming from the piano itself.

Play, Record, and Share Your Music

If you want to listen to your playing objectively or practice just your right hand while hearing your left hand, the P-225’s onboard recording function is perfect. Both the P-225 and P-145BT also allow recordings through the Smart Pianist app. For sharing your performance on platforms like YouTube or TikTok, Rec’n’Share makes it simple. By connecting your P-225 or P-145BT to a smart device, you can record both video and audio simultaneously, creating a complete performance ready to share.

Complete Your Setup with a Stand and Pedal

The optional stand can be easily and safely assembled when purchased separately. For the P-225, choose the dedicated L-200 stand, and for the P-145BT, the L-100 stand is compatible. You can also complete your setup with a three-pedal unit: the LP-1 for the P-225 or the LP-5A pedal board for the P-145BT.
