Description

The Mooer MSC20 Pro Ocean Blue combines classic double-cutaway styling with a surprisingly comprehensive modern specification, making it a versatile electric guitar for players who want plenty of tonal choice without an overly complicated setup.

A Poplar body with selected Ash top is paired with a roasted maple neck and Jatoba fingerboard, while the HSS pickup configuration combines two single coils with a bridge humbucker. Add a five-way selector and dedicated coil-split switch and the MSC20 Pro can move comfortably between clear single-coil sounds and the extra power of a humbucker.

Finished in striking Ocean Blue with a gloss body and satin-finished neck, it's a guitar designed to cover a lot of musical ground at an accessible price.

Who Is This For?

The MSC20 Pro is particularly well suited to players who want one electric guitar capable of covering a broad range of styles.

Its two single coils provide familiar clear and articulate sounds, while the bridge humbucker adds more output when you need heavier rock and driven tones. Coil splitting extends that versatility further, making this an appealing choice for developing players, gigging musicians or anyone looking for an affordable do-it-all electric guitar.

Versatile HSS Pickup Configuration

Mooer equips the MSC20 Pro with MSC-1N and MSC-1M single-coil pickups in the neck and middle positions alongside an MHB-1B humbucker at the bridge.

A five-way selector provides the familiar range of HSS pickup combinations, while the separate coil-split switch lets you change the character of the bridge humbucker for additional single-coil-style sounds.

It's a flexible setup that can take the guitar from cleaner rhythm and blues tones through to fuller rock sounds without relying on complicated electronics.

Roasted Maple Neck

The bolt-on roasted maple neck uses a comfortable Standard C profile with a satin finish. It's paired with a Jatoba fingerboard, 12" radius and 22 nickel silver frets.

A full 25.5" scale gives the MSC20 Pro familiar electric-guitar proportions, while the bone nut and dual-action steel truss rod add to a specification that goes beyond what you might expect at this price.

Selected Ash Top & Ocean Blue Finish

Underneath the Ocean Blue gloss finish is a Poplar body topped with selected Ash. The visible wood character beneath the finish gives the MSC20 Pro considerably more personality than a straightforward solid-colour instrument.

Chrome hardware and a contrasting pickguard complete a design that retains the familiarity of a classic double-cutaway guitar while giving it a distinctive Mooer identity.

Vintage-Style Tremolo

The Mooer MVT-1 six-hole vintage tremolo provides traditional pitch control for chords, lead playing and expressive vibrato effects without changing the straightforward character of the instrument.
