Who Is This Amp For?

The KT-15FX is particularly well suited to beginner and developing electric guitarists who want more than a basic practice amplifier.

Its two channels cover clean and driven sounds, while the built-in effects provide plenty of opportunity to experiment with different tones without immediately investing in separate effects pedals.

The compact format also makes it an excellent everyday home practice amp for more experienced players.

15 Watts of Inspiring Tone

The KT-15FX delivers 15 watts of solid-state power through its 8" speaker, combining everyday reliability with the responsive, tube-style tonal character Ashdown has designed into the Killer Tone series.

It's compact enough for convenient home use while providing enough output for practice and smaller informal jam sessions.

16-Way Digital Effects

A built-in 16-way digital effects unit gives you a broad selection of sounds to explore, including reverbs and delays.

Having these effects integrated into the amplifier makes it easy to experiment with different sounds while practising, without requiring a separate pedalboard.

Clean & Overdrive Channels

Two channels allow you to move between clean and overdriven guitar tones, giving the KT-15FX considerably more flexibility than a basic single-sound practice amplifier.

Combined with the digital effects section, there's plenty of scope for experimenting with different playing styles and sounds.

Backing Tracks & Quiet Practice

The line input allows an external device to be connected for playing along with backing tracks or music.

When you need to keep the volume down, the headphone output provides a convenient silent practice option – particularly useful for evening practice or shared living spaces.
